Summer is time for our annual summer orchid and companion plant sale! Saturday, August 22, 2026

At our summer sale, we host hobby, Canadian and international vendors. Our summer sale focus is connecting the horticultural community of greater Vancouver with our hobby vendors, and we are excited to have the opportunity as well at this time to welcome other commercial vendors. Another huge benefit of this summer sale on behalf of the Vancouver Orchid Society and its tremendous volunteers, it is entirely FREE to attend.

 

Preorder Information

***FOR ALL SHOW PREORDERS, YOU MUST INDICATE YOUR PREORDER IS FOR PICK-UP AT THE VANCOUVER ORCHID SOCIETY SHOW!***

Please do NOT direct any email inquiries to VOS about preorder information. Contact vendors directly. Thank you!

Not all vendors accept credit card payments, so we recommend bringing cash!

1. Paramount Orchids (Parksville, BC)

• Please visit their website for the most current list of available orchids (prices in CAD).
• Please email your pre-orders to info@paramountorchids.com, and indicate that your order is for pick up at the Vancouver Orchid Society Spring Show & Sale.
• The deadline for all pre-orders is Wednesday, August 19, 2026

2. Ching Hua (Taiwan)

• All orders must be sent by email to i.am@gabcarson.ca (Gabrielle Carson).
• The minimum order amount is $50 CAD
• Prices are in $CAD, inclusive of shipping and handling to Vancouver.
• For flask orders, there will be a shipping surcharge of $15 CAD per flask.
• Kindly indicate the code number of the plant, plant name, size, unit price, quantity and total amount in your email.
• The deadline for ordering is Saturday August 8, 2026.
• Payment must be made via e-transfer to Daniel once the order is confirmed.

3. Tropical Exotique (Thailand)

• All orders have to be sent directly to Daniel Kwok by email at dkwok3580@gmail.com. 
• The price is in Canadian Dollars inclusive of shipping and handling to Vancouver.
• Please include the plant name, unit price, quantity, total dollar amount, and grand total for all plants.
• The deadline for ordering is Saturday August 8, 2026.
• Payment has to be made by e-transfer through dkwok3580@gmail.com once the order is confirmed by Daniel.

4. Roehampton Orchids (ON, Canada)

• Pre-orders open Sunday, March 1. Updates and deadlines will be posted to their website.
