Spring Show & Sale 2026

Get Ready for our Spring Show & Sale!

This is an amazing event showcasing orchids in bloom, orchid judging, education, artistic expression and conservation. We cordially invite you and your loved ones to attend. This is entirely volunteer-driven and an incredible undertaking, but we are thrilled to share our horticultural happiness with our community.

Admission

Tickets are available at the Floral Hall door at times of admission only. You cannot purchase tickets in advance. We are able to accept cash and card (credit & debit) transactions. Please note that several vendors will only take cash for plant purchases.

Saturday | 9AM – 5PM      
Sunday | 10AM – 5PM

Day Tickets
Adult – $10 / Student and Seniors – $8

Weekend Pass
Adult – $12 / Student and Seniors -$10

Admission to VanDusen Botanical Garden is NOT included with admission to the VOS Spring Show & Sale.

Exhibition

Are you ready to see the most beautiful and exotic orchids from around the world? Be prepared to be inspired by beautiful plants and blooms from Asia, Africa, and Central America to beyond. Our local members and visiting vendors were able to grow all these exotic plants just for you. Bring your friends, family, and special date to explore nature’s marvels.

Sale

We’re bringing in 9 award winning vendors locally and internationally just for you! From Taiwan to Ecuador, this is your chance to find something absolutely stunning and unique. Orchids make great gifts! Please bring cash as some vendors only accept this form of payment.

New to Orchids? Join our Community!

You can learn all about orchids and their care at our show and sale! Just locate our Membership Table near the exit and one of our volunteers will help answer any orchid question you have. Whether it be about lighting, media choice, or how to water properly, we’ve got you and your new orchid purchases covered! Sign up to enjoy exclusive classes, in house plant orders, and inspiring guest speaker events. We’d love to welcome you into our growing orchid family!

4. Paramount Orchids (Parksville, BC)

• Please visit their website for the most current list of available orchids (prices in CAD).
• Please email your pre-orders to info@paramountorchids.com, and indicate that your order is for pick up at the Vancouver Orchid Society Spring Show & Sale.
• The deadline for all pre-orders is Saturday, March 14, 2026.

6. Calade Orchids and Tropicals (AB, Canada)

• Pre-orders open through March 17, 2026
• Please visit their website (https://www.caladeorchidsandtropicals.com/) and place your order noting pick-up at Vancouver Orchid Society Spring Show & Sale.

7. Tropical Exotique (Thailand)

1. See catalogue below and flask lists attached in pdf format.
2. All orders have to be sent directly to Daniel Kwok by email at cskwok2012@gmail.com. Please note that this is a different email address to his usual one – using this will enable him to more easily manage the orders for Tropical Exotique and Ching Hua separately.
3. The price is in Canadian Dollars inclusive of shipping and handling to Vancouver.
4. Please include the plant name, unit price, quantity, total dollar amount, and grand total for all plants.
5. The deadline for ordering is March 2, 2026.
6. Payment has to be made by e-transfer through cskwok2012@gmail.com once the order is confirmed by Daniel.
7. Kindly contact Daniel for any questions or concerns you might have.

8. Koch Greenhouses

• Koch is not taking pre-orders
• They will have many Full sized Cymbidiums for sale
