"H and R require individual clubs to collate members' orders into a single pre paid order for plants to be delivered at the May meeting. (Harry Akagi will also bring some plants for sale which are not pre orders; these will be priced differently). Richard Pearson will receive your order and payment at the March and April VOS meetings.
Checks should be made out to the Vancouver Orchid Society (do not abbreviate as VOS as the bank will no longer accept this).
To simplify matters, please treat Canadian and US dollars at par. We may need to make some adjustment to cover delivery expenses etc, and may have to collect an additional amount at the time of delivery of the plants at the May meeting.
Please order only from the attached list.
You can see and download pictures of the plants from the H and R website. Be sure to give all information on each plant--catalogue number, name, size, and unit price. Please write out your order, along with your e mail address and telephone number and submit with your payment.
