If you want to save a newsletter to your computer and view the newsletter off line, do this: right click on the newsletter of your choice. A small window will pop up, click on Save Target as... This will bring up another window where you may specify where to save the newsletter.

These newsletters have been archived into a single compressed file which must be downloaded and opened on your hard drive. To do this click on the link and save the zip/rar file to a location, on your hard drive, which you make a note of. When it is finished you need a program such as Winzip to decompress the files.
