  The registration form is a PDF fillable form - the file can be opened with Acrobat Reader and information typed in, however the file cannot be saved. If you wish to use this option you will need to print the completed form and send it to us by regular mail, or you can scan, save the scanned image and send as an email attachment. An easier method is to download the following program PDF-XChange Viewer (PDF-XChange Viewer) - it is free - install it on your computer and then open the registration form pdf file using this software. You can then readily fill in the form and save the file - you need to select the SAVE AS function and give the file a new name. This digital file can now be sent to us as an email attachment.
